Teresa Byers

Teresa R. Byers is a member of Ogden Murphy Wallace PLLC. She graduated from Lafayette College with dual degrees in economics and political science and from the University of Washington School of Law with her J.D. and L.L.M. in taxation. Her practice focuses on trusts and estates, beginning with proactive estate planning to safeguard family members and wealth, and continuing to assist families in navigating transitions and implementing the estate plan by advising agents acting under powers of attorney, establishing and maintaining guardianships for minors and incapacitated adults, administering probates and trusts, and litigating trust and estate disputes. Prior to joining Ogden Murphy Wallace PLLC, Teresa was a Principal at Foster Garvey PC.
