Jennifer Becker Harris
Tax Shareholder, Clark Nuber PS
Jennifer is a tax shareholder with Clark Nuber in Bellevue, Washington, where she specializes in tax-exempt organizations. She is a leader in Clark Nuber’s Not-for-Profit, Foundations, and International Niches. Her practice primarily focuses on consulting and compliance for public charities, private foundations, and social welfare organizations, including international matters, alternative investments, unrelated business income tax, fundraising events, commercial co-venturers, corporate governance, and IRS controversy. In addition, she assists individuals with charitable gift planning. Jennifer is a co-author and editor of the Form 990 Compliance Guide, Private Foundation Handbook and Compliance Guide, Tax Cuts and Jobs Act Impact Guide to Exempt Organizations, by Clark Nuber and published by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business. She is a frequent speaker on exempt organizations and charitable giving matters with the AICPA, law conferences, state societies, and other professional groups.
She is a graduate of Washington State University and holds a master’s degree in taxation from Golden Gate University. Jennifer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA). She is an active volunteer with the TEGE EO Council, a leader of the Practitioner Roundtable, a co-chair of the TIC TAQ Committee, and is on the program committee. She is also a past Chair of the AICPA’s Exempt Organizations Taxation Technical Resource Panel. Jennifer is a native of Washington State, where she lives with her husband, Matt, and three kids, Will, Josh, and Vivienne.
Frances A. Olson, CPA, MST

As a senior manager in the firm’s Tax Services Group, Frances enjoys working with a wide variety of not-for-profit entities in different industries, as well as high net worth individuals. She finds that by working with both entities and individuals, she can see the bigger picture from a unique perspective and therefore provide the most appropriate tax advice.
Her practice includes reviewing and supervising the preparation of not for-profit federal and state tax returns, as well as other federal and state mandated filings, including international compliance filings, with a special emphasis on private foundations and international NGOs. Frances reviews and supervises the preparation of federal, international, and state tax returns and provides proactive tax planning advice for high net worth individuals of varying levels of wealth across diverse industries, including professional services, athletics, and private equity investment, with an emphasis on clients with international issues and charitable planning and giving needs.
Frances received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and earned a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Washington Planned Giving Council. She serves as Board Member of the Washington State University Carson College of Business Board of Advisors and Accounting Department Board of Advisors and Treasurer of Local CUB Scout Troop 4490.
